Jessie wrote to us in celebration of one Underwriter in particular; Nicole Hoskins. “Nicole has been a go-to underwriter for me ever since she joined Nova Mutual. She is so great to work with; Nicole can be relied upon to step up to the plate. She consistently goes above and beyond for us at it does not go unnoticed” she shared.
This mandate of support shines in moments when our Members need us the most. Recently, a Member was struck twice with some bad luck in a short period of time. First, a theft of his business’ truck and trailer, and then just a few weeks later, the replacement trailer was involved in an accident to no fault of our Member. Our Claims adjuster, Donna Gibbs-White worked into a Friday evening with our Broker to get our Member back on his feet swiftly, knowing that he was trying to keep his business operating through his busy season.
After plenty of back and forth with Donna, our Member was happy and so was our Broker Josh H. who works with our Business Members through McFarlan Rowlands in Kitchener. “Best claims service ever!” he wrote in an email. Sometimes it’s the simplest feedback that means the most.
