- Participated in a key role in the end-to-end development and implementation of an IBC statistical reporting system that reduced the insurer’s error rate by 74% and met the cost-benefit objective in 6 months
- Managed a portfolio conversion project, where my team developed, tested and implemented a system that converted over 1 million policies throughout a 1-year period
